We want you to love your kabu. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How it works
- Email us at kabubrush@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions.
- Once your return is received, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Conditions
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty goods.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at kabubrush@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full — including return postage.
