Shipping Policy

Delivery area. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.

Cost. Standard tracked delivery is free on every UK order. Express delivery is available at checkout for £6.99.

Timing. Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays. Occasionally deliveries can take longer than estimated due to carrier or customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, contact us at kabubrush@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately — and if your order is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address. If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, email us as soon as possible at kabubrush@gmail.com. We can update the address any time before dispatch.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo at kabubrush@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
